Once all production details are approved, we can arrange material purchasing and bulk production.
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color.
For custom materials, hardware, or special craftsmanship, the MOQ may vary depending on production requirements.
Bulk production lead time depends on order quantity, materials, craftsmanship, and production complexity.
For regular orders, production usually takes around 25–40 working days after all materials and production details are confirmed.
After confirming the product information and quantity, we will provide you with an initial bulk quotation.
To proceed with bulk production, we will require you to pay thefirst payment after accepting our initial quotation.
Before bulk production begins, we will confirm a pre-production sample to finalize all important details.
This includes the bag shape, size, color, materials, lining, hardware, logo placement, stitching, edge painting, and packaging details. If the approved sample is already suitable for production, this step can be simplified accordingly.
After the pre-production sample is approved, we will begin bulk production.

The finished goods will be individually packaged according to your requirements.
Upon receiving the final payment for the bulk order and theshipping cost, we will coordinate with the logistics company todispatch the goods to your destination.
