Sampling

Sampling

Sampling is a vital part of any bulk manufacturing process

our experienced team collaborates closely with you to review thedetails of your tech pack before production.

Our experienced team carefully checks the structure, materials and craftsmanship to ensure the sample meets your expectations.

What You Need To Know

  • What do I need to provide to start the bag sampling process?

You can provide a design sketch, reference images, tech pack, or an existing physical sample. If available, please also include details such as size, materials, colors, hardware, logo placement, and craftsmanship requirements. The more complete the information, the more accurately we can develop your sample.

  • Can you develop a new sample based on an existing physical sample?

Yes. You can send us an existing bag sample, and our development team can study its structure, dimensions, materials, and craftsmanship. We can reproduce it as a reference or make adjustments based on your new design requirements.

  • How long does bag sampling usually take?

Sample lead time depends on the design complexity, materials, hardware, and craftsmanship. For regular bag designs, sampling usually takes around 7–15 working days after all details and materials are confirmed. More complex or custom-developed items may require additional time.

Practical Steps

  • Quotation

    Quotation

Based on the tech pack you provide, we will offer an expenselist for your project, including the sample price and estimated

    bulk production costs.

To proceed with the project, we will require you to pay thesample fee after accepting our initial quotation.

    STEP 1
  • Technical Review & Development

    Technical Review & Development

Upon receiving the sample fee, we will work closely with you to finalize all production details before production.

We will discuss and confirm any incomplete aspects of theoriginal tech pack and provide solutions for any designelements that are not feasible.

    STEP 2
  • Creation of Samples

    Creation of Samples

Once all details are confirmed, our sample-making team will begin production.

The bag sampling process generally includes:

Pattern Making → Material Cutting → Stitching → Edge Painting → Logo Application → Hardware Assembly → Final Finishing

The sample lead time depends on the complexity of the design, materials, custom hardware, and craftsmanship.

    STEP 3
  • QC of Samples

    QC of Samples

After your samples are made, our product development teamwill check the samples for consistency and to ensure they are good togo.

Then, we will proceed with quality inspection and packaging.

    STEP 4
  • Transportation

    Transportation

Before shipping, we will take photos of the samples for your confirmation.

For sample shipping, we default to using DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery
